About Broadway Bluffs
A community-led organization serving the Broadway Bluffs area of South St. Louis, within the larger Mount Pleasant neighborhood.
Our mission
Neighbors working together
To strengthen the Broadway Bluffs community by bringing neighbors together, advocating for the needs of our residents, preserving and improving our neighborhood, and building a safer, cleaner, more connected, and more vibrant community for everyone.
Who we are
The Broadway Bluffs Neighborhood Association (BBNA) is a community-led organization serving the Broadway Bluffs area of South St. Louis, within the larger Mount Pleasant neighborhood.
BBNA was created to give residents a stronger voice in addressing the unique needs and challenges of our part of the community. We believe that a healthy neighborhood starts with neighbors who know one another, look out for one another, and work together to find solutions.
Our focus is practical and community-driven. We work to improve neighborhood safety, address vacant and problem properties, support clean and well-maintained streets, connect residents with city services and community resources, and encourage investment in the people and places that make Broadway Bluffs home.
BBNA works collaboratively with residents, other neighborhood associations, city departments, elected officials, community organizations, businesses, and service providers. Real progress happens when we work together.
Whether you're a longtime resident, a new neighbor, a property owner, or someone who simply cares about the future of Broadway Bluffs, you have a place at the table.

Our Boundaries
Broadway Bluffs Neighborhood Association (BBNA) serves the community along the Broadway corridor, generally bounded by Interstate 55 to the west, the Mississippi River to the east, approximately 4500 Broadway/I-55 to the north, and Bates Street to the south.
These boundaries are intended to define the general area served by BBNA while recognizing that our work is ultimately about the people, businesses, and community that make Broadway Bluffs home.
